Project Summary

  • 120 new Macro facilities Ready to Build
  • Across Alberta, Manitoba, Ontario, and Nova Scotia
  • Lease cycle 2019 – 2021

Project Support

  • Quality candidate selection utilizing GIS data which allowed for the leasing of high caliber buildable sites
  • Facilitated community and stakeholder engagement activities to ensure Rogers met regulatory and Land Use Authority requirements
  • Civil support with surveys and drawings to expedite Ready to Build activities and allow Rogers to deploy to market faster

2. TELUS COMMUNICATIONS INC.  – Alberta, Manitoba, and Ontario Expansion Program

Project Summary

  • Acquisition of 25 new Macro facilities in Alberta in 2021
  • Combination of rural and urban tower sites

Project Support

  • Internal GIS support utilized for candidate selections, allowing for a more detailed presentation to TELUS for primary site selection
  • Acquisition of lease agreements on qualified sites using both in-person meetings and digital signing technology
  • Assisted in completing regulatory notification, stakeholder engagements, and third-party approvals to accelerate construction timelines

3. Xplornet Communications Inc. – Alberta and Ontario Macro Program

Project Summary

  • Acquisition and stakeholder support on over 40 new build tower sites
  • Rural Alberta, Northern and Southern Ontario

Project Support

  • Site selection and candidate assessments to provide options to client for RF and customer experience evaluations
  • Leasing viable candidates and obtaining land use authority approvals through extensive public consultations to meet regulatory requirements
  • Coordinating civil support and landowner understanding of build requirements to ensure no surprises during the build process
