Karen Powley, Head of People & Culture at LandSolutions brings over 25 years of experience in corporate relations and human resources.

Karen moved to Canada 16 years ago and has been a part of the LandSolutions team for over 3 years. Her focus has been talent acquisition and retention strategies to build our talented team of LandSolutions experts. In addition, Karen has worked to develop LandSolutions' human resources strategies including compensation, performance management, total rewards functions, and business processes.

Karen’s extensive background and global experience in both the private and not for profit sectors, uniquely enables her to foster the inclusive organizational culture present at LandSolutions today. Prior to leading the People & Culture Department from our Canadian Headquarters, Karen worked in areas such as Hong Kong, France, and the United Kingdom.
